There are certainly ways to improve segmentation and it looks like it needs to be improved. But for a large document, that is a pain. Probably I will have to read the instructions(!) In my test document, however, I had already manually put non-breaking spaces after each initial-L.S.Vygotsky-but it still didn't come out well. Perhaps there's a way to change the segmentation rules.
